We are deeply proud of the longevity, stability and continuity of our agency and programs, which encompass an array of services. We can provide this array of quality services largely due to our experienced and compassionate staff who understand the concerns, issues and needs of both the person and their family members as they confront the challenges presented by a disability such as mental retardation.
As a provider of specialized services to the mentally retarded we have maintained quality and compassionate programs and services for over twelve years. Our history of service delivery has demonstrated that we can support persons with mild to severe disabilities in a community and family environment.
Our philosophy is to provide quality services, not because of a person's disability, but as a means to help that person overcome the unique challenges their disability brings into their lives. Our mission is to empower people to overcome those challenges, and it is our role and responsibility to assist that person, when given the opportunity, through an array of services and opportunities.
Touch-Stone Solutions, Inc. remains a small, person-centered, family oriented and community based agency that embraces team planning, is guided by the concept of informed choices and supports positive approaches.
We are fortunate to be able to provide two programs that are unique and special.

LECIS (Life Enrichment and Community Integration)
Community based services that emphasize life skills development and community involvement. There is no restriction by age, gender, religious belief or ethnicity, however the person must have a diagnosis of mental retardation. Services are individualized and comprehensive while being family oriented and person-centered. We support a positive approach that will assist the person in finding increased independence, quality experiences and membership in their community.

BHRS (Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services)
Community based services that emphasize therapeutic interventions, behavioral modification and mentoring. Services are community, home and school based. Persons must be of school age (under 21), in need of services and have a primary mental health disorder and a diagnosis of mental retardation. Family participation is encouraged. There is no restriction by gender, religious belief or ethnicity. We support the person in their individual struggles to find success, acceptance and achievement.
