Establishing standards and criteria as a multi-dimensional, multi-generational, and mulit-cultural human service provider for people facing challenges, their primary caregiver, and/or their family constellation.

Employees will meet academic standards, participate in extensive orientation, receive ongoing training, and benefit from quality supervision within a challenging and professional human services environment.

Existing Behavioral Health and Rehabilitation Services (BHRS), Life Enrichment and Community Integration Services (LECIS), and Adult Autism Waiver Services (AAWS) will be expanded and enhanced in all service delivery locations.

|
Services and programs will be accessible, available and convenient to all clients and their families who request of seek services in response to identified physical, emotional, social, and/or mental challenges.
|
|
New and innovative services and programs will be identified, explored, and developed to respond to community needs and client requests.
|
|
Services and programs will focus on Northwestern Pennsylvania but no one seeking or requesting services, if appropriate, will be denied.
