We currently specialize in residential, home and community, employment, and behavioral health services to clients with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health disabilities in Crawford, Venango and Warren counties.

Administration:
- Executive Director: advanced level of administrative responsibility. Has total oversight of agency operations, functions, and services to ensure compliance with licensing standards as defined by state, local, and federal regulations. Must provide sound and consistent leadership to the agency, staff, and clients. Master's degree and 2 years work experience in administration or the human services field or Bachelor's degree and 4 years work experience in administration or the human services field required.
- Executive Assistant: general oversight of offices, facility operations and human resources. Provide liaison and support services to the Executive Director and may function as an administrative representative regarding internal agency operations and community networking. Manages human resource functions and benefit compliance for staff. Associates degree in office management or 5 years experience in office management in a human service agency.
- Chief Fiscal Officer (CFO): directs budget and cost controls, cash flow, financial analysis, and accounting practices: responsible for the agency's financial plans and policies, relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, maintenance of fiscal records, and preparation of financial reports. CPA or MBA with non-profit or governmental fiscal experience preferred: Bachelor's in accounting or Business Administration and 3 years experience in fund accounting.
- Fiscal Technician: entry-level position to perform data entry, posting, billing, and other fiscal duties. Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Requires a high school diploma plus additional education and/or experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Advanced computer skills a plus.
- Program Secretary: provides clerical support to designated agency staff and serves as first line of contact with clients, staff, and the general public. Requires high school diploma and at least one year experience in office procedures and software applications.
- Custodian: provide basic custodial/janitorial duties to ensure that the agency offices, property, and facilities are clean, neat, and well-maintained.

LECIS (Life Enrichment and Community Integration) Program:
- Program Coordinator (PC): professional position to supervise, manage, and enhance program operations in the LECIS program. Master's degree preferred but Bachelor's with 5 years experience in social work, psychology, or related field with experience in human/social services for the intellectually disabled is acceptable.
- Program Specialist (PS): professional position within the LECIS program handling a caseload of 8 to 16 clients and supervising the direct care personnel involved. Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field with experience in human/social services.
- Activity Coordinator: schedule, plan, coordinate, and facilitate all LECIS Day Program group activities. Schedule and facilitate or monitor both group activities and those scheduled by an individual and their direct care staff when using the Life Skills and/or Activity Rooms. Plan and coordinate training sessions for clients on a variety of topics such as boundaries, community resources and supports, handling money, etc. When necessary, serve as backup substitute direct care staff.
- Life Skills Coach (LSC): work one-on-one with clients as part of home and community based supportive services. The focus is working on the person's chosen outcomes in order to increase their independence, promote community integration, and offer an array of life enriching activities that brings normalcy into their lives.
- Community Living Coach (CLC): work one-on-one with a client in their own (licensed) home and assist them with self-care as necessary, community integration, improve life skills, and help increase independence. Must also pass a general physical in accordance with residential regulations.
- Job Coach (JC): work one-on-one with clients in the LECIS program. Provide assistance in seeking employment, learning job skills, and maintaining job performance as needed.
- Companion: work one-on-one with a client living in a private residence to provide supervision, necessary care and a minimal amount of assistance that is focused solely on the health and safety of the client.
- Life Skills Floater: will be called upon to work as a Life Skills Coach when the regular employee calls off or is scheduled to be off. The employee must be able to work one-on-one with any and all clients receiving day program services within the LECIS Program.

BHRS (Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services) Program:
- Program Coordinator (PC): professional position to manage, supervise, and develop growth of the BHRS program. Coordinate service delivery within a managed care environment. Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field plus 10 years experience working with dually diagnosed individuals.
- Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC): professional position within the BHRS program, providing consultation, behavior shaping therapy, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), and employee supervision for direct care workers. Services are delivered to child and/or adolescent clients in home, school, and/or community settings. Requires a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field plus experience working with dually diagnosed individuals.
- Mobile Therapist (MT): professional position within the BHRS program, providing therapeutic services to children and/or adolescents in home, school, and/or community settings. Also required to provide supervision for direct care employees. Requires a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field plus experience working with dually diagnosed individuals.
- Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS): position within the BHRS program providing one-on-one interventions with a child or adolescent in home, school, and/or community settings. Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or other human service field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute as allowed by state regulation.

AAWS (Adult Autism Waiver Services) Program:
- Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC): professional position to develop and manage a crisis intervention and/or behavioral support plan as well as conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments. Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
- Life Skills Coach (LSC): assists clients in acquiring, retaining and improving communication, socialization, self-direction, self-help and adaptive skills that are necessary to reside in the community. Must also complete all required training developed by the Bureau of Autism Services.
- Job Coach (JC): work one-on-one with clients to provide assistance in seeking employment, learning job skills, and maintaining job performance as needed. Requires completion of all required training developed by the Bureau of Autism Services.
- Family Training Specialist: develops expertise in the client's family and informal care network. Training is limited to communication skills, stress reduction, self-direction, daily living skills, socialization, and environmental adaptation. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or other related social science; 3 years experience working directly with people with autism; and completion of all required training developed by the Bureau of Autism Services.
- Respite Provider: provides short-term relief to a client's unpaid caregiver when the caregiver is temporarily unavailable to provide supports. May be provided either in or out of the client's home. Services facilitate social interaction, use of natural supports and community services as well as participation in volunteer activities. Must complete all required training developed by the Bureau of Autism Services.

- Lifesharing through Family Living Provider (LSP): single person or family willing to open their home and accept an individual with intellectual disabilities as part of their family. Lifesharing Providers encourage the client to become a part of the family as well as their life style. Must be at least 18 years of age, have a licensable home, obtain Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 clearances, and pass a general physical.
